  1. 2 lbroast
  2. 1 canveg stock
  3. 2 canbeef stock
  4. 1garlic salt or powder
  5. 1onion salt or powder
  6. 1paprika
  7. 1lemon pepper
  8. 1seasoning salt
  9. 1basil
  10. 1 packagesbaby carrots
  11. 1 packagesbaby dutch yellow potatos

Cooking Instructions

    1. turn crockpot on low and add both beef and veggie stock

  2. 2

    next add roast and veggies you may also add other veggies u may like this is for picky eaters

  3. 3

    and finally add seasonings and stir cook for 8 to 10 hours on low

  4. 4

    if u want to make your juice into gravy mix a small amount of flour and water and add to juice serve and enjoy
