Sprinkle and rub chicken with seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 mins.

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. *do not discard grease*

Saute chicken in bacon grease for 3-5 mins on each side, or until brown

Place chicken in 9x13 dish

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes

Spread some Honey Mustard over each piece of chicken, then layer with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese

Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until cheese is melted and chicken is done
