mix the ghee and flour till it resembles breadcrumbs add some water enough to make dough

fry khoya in pan till color changes, add the sugar. divide dough into tennis sized balls roll them out fill with khoya. seal edges with some water on edges crimp closed poke dough so it wont puff up like a pufferfish. deep fy till golden in color.
