  2. 1/4finely diced onion
  3. 1/2 cupbasalmic vinager
  4. 1/2 cupparm cheese
  5. 1/4 cupfresh garlic
  6. 1 tbsppepper
  7. 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make patties. Let set in fridge for an hr so the fats can hold it together otherwise the will fall apart.

    I like to put Bacon and blue cheese on top.
