Ingredients

  • 1 boxfrozen chopped spinach
  • 1 packagescream cheese
  • 1 tbspmayo or miracle whip
  • 1 1/2 smallonion
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 canartichoke hearts
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    thaw & squeeze dry spinach

  2. 2

    have block of cream cheese at room temperature

  3. 3

    put dollop of mayo/miracle whip in

  4. 4

    put generous tablespoon of minced garlic

  5. 5

    drain can of artichoke hearts and chop

  6. 6

    chop and only use half the onion

  7. 7

    mix and keep in fridge about an hour
