preheat oven to 375°F

in small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt.

in a large bowl combine butter, sugar (both), vanilla. Best until creamy.

beat in eggs

gradually add flour mixture.

stir in chocolate chips.

drop by round tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

bake 8-10 minutes (8 for soft and chewy)
