Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 3/4 cupflour
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspmelted margarine (for Yorkshires)
  6. 3 tspmelted margarine (for tin)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400For and warm muffin tin (do not over heat)

    Beat eggs well (very well)

  3. 3

    Add milk and continue beating

  4. 4

    Add flour and salt slowly to egg mixture and continue beating.

  5. 5

    Add margarine and best well

  6. 6

    put 1/4 tsp melted margarine in each muffin tin and pour batter in so that margarine surrounds the batter

  7. 7

    bake at 400 for 15 min

  8. 8

    reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 30 more minutes
