Ingredients

  • 50 gramsbutter
  • 2chicken breasts
  • 1 smallonion, diced
  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 1 tbspcreamed coconut
  • 4 tbspcurry powder
  • 1 smallpot natural yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in frying pan

  2. 2

    Brown chicken, add onion, fry until soft

  3. 3

    Mix curry powder and coconut with the chicken stock

  4. 4

    Pour over chicken, bring to the boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and stir in yoghurt.
