preheat oven to 170◇c

soak the lasagna layers in a pan of warm water untill tender.

to make the bolognese : saute the minched beef until cook. then, add half the chopped garlic (we may use the other half for bechamel sauce). add the chopped onion, stir until smells good. add the tomato puree. add 1 cup of water if possible.season with salt and pepper. lastly add the dried herbs.

to make the bechamel sauce : saute the other half of chopped garlic, add milk and fresh cream, stir and add roux until it thick. season with salt and pepper. add dried herbs.

blanched the cellery, carrots and set asside.

boil the hot dogs and set asside.

make a 1st layer started with the bechamel, add the sausage n vege, cover with bolognese sauce, sprinkle a lil bit of cheese, add the 2nd layer with the same method as the 1st. make it 3 layers. last layer, pour the bechamel sauce on top, sprinkle the cheese.

bake for 30 mins. garnish with herbs.
