200double cream
75sugar
1/4 packagesraspberries
100melted chocolate

crush the biscuits finely

add melted butter

put into mold and press down firm

mix cream cheese double cream and sugar together

fold ib the raspberry & chocolate

put this mixture on top of the crushed biscuits
7

place in the fridge for 2 hours to set
