Ingredients

  • 1 boxmochi flour
  • 1 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 largecan evap. cream
  • 1 blockextra soft tofu
  • 1 tbspbaking soda
  • 1/4semi sweet choc chips powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 350% mix all ingredients except chic chip an powdered sugar in lg bowl. pour into greased 9+13 pyrex pan. sprinkle chocolate chips ontop.

  2. 2

    bake @ 350% for 1 hr in middle of oven. cut an sprinkle with powder sugar
