Ingredients

500 grams9% soft cheese
2eggs
2 tbspsugar
6 tbspflour
40 gramsvanilla sugar
For frying pan
3 tbspcanola oil

Steps

Mix together the ingredients except for oil.

Warm the oil in a frying pan, set the burner to medium/low, you don't want to burn the delicate pancakes.

Using a ladle pour the mixture in the pan to create 5cm diameter circles (mini pancakes).

Turn over when golden.
