  1. 1/2 cupmargarine, melted
  2. 2eggs
  3. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  4. 3 cupquick oats
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 3/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. optional ingredients
  9. 1 tspvanilla
  10. 1 tspcinnamon
  11. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  12. 1/2 cupraisins
  13. 1/2 cupdates

Steps

  1. 1

    cream together margarine, eggs & sugar

  2. 2

    add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    pour into a 9" x 13" pan

  4. 4

    bake @ 350*F for 20 -30 mins

  5. 5

    serve warm with milk or fruit
