  • Cocoa cream
  • 1 1/2 cuphot water
  • 3 tspcocoa powder
  • 2 tbspall purpose cream
  • 2 tbspall purpose cream
  • 1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbsppowdered milk
  • For the rock salt cheese foam
  • 1/2 cupcream cheese
  • 1/3 cupwhipping cream
  • 1/4 cupcondensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour hot water into the blender

  2. 2

    Add the cocoa powder and the rest of the ingredients for the cocoa cream

  3. 3

    For the foam: put the ingredients in a bowl and mix until foamy.

  4. 4

    If you want it serve chilled, add ice
