Put oven to broil

Oil your pan lighty

Salt and Pepper salmon. Drizzle olive oil on salmon

Put in oven for 10 mins

Mix brown sugar and soy sauce. Try and get all the chunks broken down. Add soy or sugar if more needed

8 mins into cooking lighty put half a spoon full of the brown sugar mixture on salmon

Cook until 10 mins up no longer then 15 mins

When done add as much sauce mixture you like!

Best served with Brown rice and my recipe for asparagus
