  • 1avocado
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsplimes
  • 1 tbspolive oil

    peel apple

  2. 2

    shred apple

  3. 3

    add lime juice to apple shreds to slow down browning

  4. 4

    mash avocado

  5. 5

    add apple shreds to mashed avocado and mix

  6. 6

    add olive and mix hard, olive helps the apple and avocado mesh, but its taste should be subtle don't over do it

  7. 7

    add little salt and vinegar to counter apple's sweetness, if apple is sour add less. too much and it hides the effect of the apple
