preheat oven to 350°F

cut cookie dough into 1/2 in slices. Ball up and form over backside of cupcake pan.

bake for 13-15 min or until golden. Remember we want these to set up like cups so bake longer than what the cookie dough package recommends

mix 8oz package of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1tsp of vanilla extract.

after cookies have cooled very carefully remove from cupcake pan. Smear a dollop of cream cheese mixture in each cup

next add your choice of fruit. I used fresh pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries

add coolwhip on top of fruit covering the fruit and cream cheese.

And to top it off add remaining fruit to top of coolwhip and enjoy
