for the cake, heat together butter and water. remove from heat and add sugar, salt and flour

mix the above ingredients well and then add the remaining ingredients.

pour batter into a greased and floured cookie sheet with sides

bake @ 350*F for 20 mins

for the frosting, mix butter, milk, and vanilla until fluffy. add icing sugar. mix well and spread on cake.
