Naan Pizza Naan Pizza
My grocery store mails out a small magazine that's full of recipes and coupons once in awhile. This recipe was inspired by one of their pizza recipes. Their printed recipe used phyllo dough as the base. I remembered we had purchased some naan bread at Costco. So I thought that would be a great substitute and it turned out really really good. This recipe is for 1 pizza. It will serve 1 as a main dish, 2 as a side and 6 as an appetizer. This is a fun summer dish. Just increase the amount of sauce, cheese and toppings to however many you want! fenway -

Another recipe that was converted to make our own. I made the naan bread myself. Added some ingredients to customize to our taste. Hope you like my version. Hint is to really make naan in perhaps two batches. Freeze several pieces once baked and cooled. Thaw out a few when wanted and they still taste like freshly baked! Taylor Topp Comacho -
