3zucchini
1low fat part skim mozzarella cheese
1pizza sauce
1garlic/parmesan blend
1turkey pepperoni's
1bell peppers
1red onion

Steps

preheat oven to 350°F

cut zucchini into thin slices
3

lay slices on baking sheet
4

top each thin with 1 tbsp of pizza sauce
5

sprinkle 1 tsp of garlic Parmesan blend over slice
6

cover with toppings and sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese to each slice
7

bake in oven 23-25 minutes
