  • 125 gramsWhole blanched almomds
  • 600 mlsoya milk
  • 2ripe bananas
  • 1splash of vanilla essence

    Put almonds into a food processor and process till very finely chopped. Add milk, banana and vanilla and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
