if you don't like roqfur add something else with a tense taste (brie, garlic, parmesana etc) cause asparagus have a bit flat taste

Add the asparagurs and the onion into a pan with a bit of oil. (cutted in meduim pieces) Stear it and cook it for about 20min

we are not cooking to much the fillings for the quiches cause they will melt and then is not nice!

When the filling is ready, turn off the fire and add all the other ingridients (roqfur, cheese, cream, eggs) mix it and add it into the pastry.

on the top or inside you can add the slices of tomato
