20 servings

7 lball purpose potatoes
1/4 cupsalt
1 1/2 cupcelery finely chopped and drained
1 1/2 cupsweet relish drained
1/2 cuponion finely chopped
1 cupdukes mayonnaise , more if necessary
3 tbspprepared yellow mustard, more if necessary
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspblack pepper
1/2green pepper or more if wanted
1celery seed
1more mustzrd if needed

boil potatoes until tender

drain and set aside until cool
3

toss celery, relish, onion together and add to potatoes
4

fold in with hands the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and pepper
5

add more mayonnaise and mustard if wanted
