chop ribs into bite size pieces

mix ribs and all other ingredients in a pot

I add extra water to cover 3/4 of the ribs ane boil until cooked and sauce thickens. you can add more water if it needs to be cooked more. sauce should be cooked down to about 1/4 cup

serve over steamed white rice
