Cut up the mushrooms as desired as well as the canned tomatos. Drain out 2/3 of the sauce from the can

Cook the mince with a pinch of S&P and the mixed herbs. Add the mushrooms when mince is cooked 50%

When placing in the tomatos make sure it doesnt make the sauce to watery

Add the tomatos and some salsa sauce to the amount desired and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Stirring occassionally

Place the wraps in the microwave for 5 - 10 seconds

Spoon out some avo and spread it in a line across the middle with some cheese and corn

Add the mince/Sauce then spinich an rocket
