Ingredients

  • 4bananas
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    mix butter into mashed bananas

  3. 3

    mix beaten egg, vanilla & sugar

  4. 4

    sugar can be 1 OR 3/4 cup

  5. 5

    sprinkle baking soda & salt & mix

  6. 6

    add flour last - mix

  7. 7

    pour into buttered 4 × 8 loaf pan

  8. 8

    bake @ 350° for 1 hour
