Pre heat oven to 220 C

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands.

Form balls into 1 to 1 and a half inch diameter balls with your hands

Place balls in a open tray lined with aluminum foil. Use a small amount of olive oil on the foil to prevent the balls from sticking during cooking

Cook for 30 minutes at 220 C.

Add a tomato, garlic, ginger and onion sauce pre-made in a saucepan to the tray of meatballs for the last 10 minutes of cooking

Serve with spaghetti or your favourite pasta
