mix first six ingredients in a sauce pan melt and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add rolled oats and stir.

Add extras.. approx 2 tablespoons or to taste of amy or all the extras.

add other dry ingredients to taste but reduce amount of rolled oats. This will help keep it from being too dry.

cover pan in wax paper. Press mixture into pan. The size of pan you use will determine how thick your bars are.

place pan into freezer, chill approx 20 minutes.

remove from pan , cut into bars (size is personal preference)

wrap individually for easy to go bars or store in plastic container to keep moist.

I like to keep mine in the freezer. . taste great chilled... just grab.. go and enjoy.
