Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cupall purpose flour, sifted 3x
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 10ripe bananas
  • 1 1/4 cupdiluted sour milk (3/4 evap milk, 1/2cup water, 2tsp calamansi juice)
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    sift and measure cake flour

  2. 2

    add baking powder and baking soda

  3. 3

    cream butter until fluffy

  4. 4

    add sugar gradually then add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

  5. 5

    add flour and milk alternately.

  6. 6

    add mashed bananas and blend well.

  7. 7

    place in greased pan then bake in a pre-heated oven 350degrees for 25-30mins.
