  • 10 slicebei qi ( astragalus slice)
  • 1 1/2 literwater
  • 600 gramschicken
  • 20red dates
  • season
  • 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    drain sea coconut and set aside

    put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 20 minute
