  2. 10 slicebei qi ( astragalus slice)
  3. 1 1/2 literwater
  4. 600 gramschicken
  5. 20red dates
  6. season
  7. 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    drain sea coconut and set aside

    put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 20 minute
