Steps

Preheat the oven to 190ºC / 375ºF

Beat the butter until creamy.

Add the castor sugar and beat until smooth.

Gently stir in the flour until mixture is a smooth paste.

Roll out the mixture on a work surface until it is about 1cm/half inch thick.

Cut into desired shape. Tip: Long rectangles work really well.

Cover in icing sugar and chill for about 20 minutes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool and enjoy.
