slice all jalapenos in half, clean them out! try not to leave any seeds. were gloves, or wash your hands after!

brown your sausage. drain the grease.

in a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, and shredded chease.

preheat oven to 350

stuff the jalapeno halfs and arrange them on a large cookie sheet.

put them in he oven for about 20-30 minutes. until the jalapenos look tender.
