Ingredients

30 mins
  • 3 lbplums
  • 4 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 tspstevia
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • topping
  • 1/3 cupboiling water
  • 2 cupoat flour
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 dashfreshly ground nutmeg
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupground almomns

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    bring plum mixture to boil, place in 9 x 13 pyrex

  2. 2

    cuisinart dry topping ingredients

  3. 3

    add butter

  4. 4

    move to bowl and stir in boiling water

  5. 5

    gently spoon on plums and bake @ 400 for 30 min. on large silpat covered pan
