  1. 3 lbplums
  2. 4 tbspcornstarch
  3. 1/4 tspstevia
  4. 2 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/2lemon juice
  7. topping
  8. 1/3 cupboiling water
  9. 2 cupoat flour
  10. 1/2 cupbutter
  11. 1/2 cupsugar
  12. 1 dashfreshly ground nutmeg
  13. 2 tspbaking powder
  14. 1/2 cupground almomns

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    bring plum mixture to boil, place in 9 x 13 pyrex

  2. 2

    cuisinart dry topping ingredients

  3. 3

    add butter

  4. 4

    move to bowl and stir in boiling water

  5. 5

    gently spoon on plums and bake @ 400 for 30 min. on large silpat covered pan
