P&B Summer Stir Fry

I made this recipe at the beach with my friend and it was amazing. The ingredients are very easy to find. We made it up ourselves and were originally going to use shrimp instead of chicken, but I think chicken is a lot better than shrimp would have been. You can use chrushed red pepper seasoning instead of creole for more kick if you like spicier things. Everything balances everything perfectly and it is really good for a recipe my friend and I just made up out of nowhere. :) I hope you like it!
