Ingredients

  1. 4 largejalapenos seeded and ribs removed
  2. 1 quartwater
  3. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 stickbutter
  6. 1 tbspsmoked paprika
  7. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 cupleftover dredging flour or add the same spices as yogurt fried chicken
  9. 1/3 cupcoconut oil
  10. 1 quartwater

Steps

  1. 1

    boil jalapenos in water when soft add spices let cook covered for 10 minutes

    mix oil and flour till like a runny paste while water is boiling add paste stir it will thicken add 2nd quart of waterthin ou just a bit
