Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupShortening
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1 eachEgg
  • 1 1/4 cupPlus 2 Tbsp self rising flour
  • 1as needed Cinnamon & sugar (to roll balls in)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat 400°F

  2. 2

    Mix shortening & sugar completely. Add egg. Mix til smooth. Stir in flour

  3. 3

    Roll into 1" ball

  4. 4

    Roll balls into cinnamon & sugar

  5. 5

    Bake 8-10 minutes

Oops! I just realized I left out a word. I used 2 Tbsp of *sugar* and 2 tsp of cinnamon to roll the balls in.
