Cooking Instructions

heat olive oil in large skillet

season only one side of the chicken with chili powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper

place chicken seasoning side down in skillet and sear

turn chicken and brown lightly
- 5
pour one can of Rotel on top of chicken plus one half can of water
- 6
cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
