  • Bake Portion
  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 1/4 cupOnion, add extra
  • 1 1/4 packagesTaco Seasoning
  • 1 cupCorn Chips (homemade)
  • 15 ozRefried Beans
  • 1 cupCheddar Cheese
  • 1lettuce
  • 1Sour Cream
  • 1Corn
  • 1Tortilla
  • Nacho Cheese
  • 4 ozShredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 ozShredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 ozEvaporated Milk
  • 1 tbspCorn Starch
  • 2 tspHot Sauce
  • 1salt
  • 1paprika, cayenne pepper

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Brown ground beef (once its 1/2) add pepper/ onion.

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning as directed on package.

  3. 3

    Spread chips on bottom of 8x8 pan.

  4. 4

    Top with beans.

  5. 5

    Add meat mixture and cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted

  7. 7

    For Nacho Cheese

  8. 8

    Add everything but only use 1 cup of evaporated milk.

  9. 9

    If its too think add more evaporated milk.
