Steps

Cook tomato, peppers, onions in large preserving kettle till tender (about 20 min)

Press thru sieve then return to kettle

Tie pickling spices in cheese bag and add to mix
- 4
Boil rapidly for an hour stirring often
- 5
Reduce heat and cook slowly till thickened (about 1 1/2 hours) stirring often
- 6
Throw out cheese bag when done
