3avocados
1onion (sweet or red)
1/2de seeded red tomatoe
1/3green jalapeno pepper-no seeds
1/2red chilli pepper no seeds
5 pinchcilantro
1/2lime

cut each avocado in half, remove seed and scoop avocado into a bowl. disgard shell and seed.

use fork to mush around the avocado. should be chunky

remove all seeds and dice up all veggies
4

add vegetables to avocado
5

mix well leavving it chunky
6

squeeze lime over the mixture and mix in
