1 lbDried oriental noodles
2 tbspOriental sesame oil
1/4 cupVeg oil
4Ckn breast halved cut 1/3" thick
1 bunchGreen onions sliced to 1" pieces
2Carrots peeled thin sliced
1/2 tspDried crushed red pepper
3/4 cupTeriyaki sauce

Cook noodles, drain, set aside

Heat oil on high. Colin w/ salt and pepper about 3 minutes

Add onion, carrots and bell pepper

Add noodles & sauce toss to blend
