precook 1lb of chicken

cut up chicken to desired sizes

cut up sausages

preheat oven to 420

mix 3 cups of flour 2 tablespoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. If using baking powder, halve and omit salt.

add water and mix until doughy

lay sausage prices down in casserole dish, and chicken on top.

sprinkle 2 tablespoons of corn starch over top

dump on the chili

roll out your dough and lay it on top of the casserole for the lid

grate up a whole bunch of cheese on top

sprinkle bacon bits over the cheese to get that beautiful "sunburst" look.

lightly pour some franks in a zig zag motion.

shake some lemon pepper on there.

put in oven and let bake for about 45min or so.
