Ingredients

42 servings
  • dry mix
  • 1 3/4 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspallspice
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • wet mix
  • 1/2 cupstevia
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1/3 cupcoconut oil
  • 1 eachflax mixture for egg substitute
  • Additions after dry and wet combined
  • 15 ozcrushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 cupraisins
  • egg substitue using flax meal, mix and let sit for ten minutes
  • 3 tbspwater
  • 1 tbspflax meal

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    combine ingredients for dry mixture, set aside

  3. 3

    combine ingredients for wet mixture

  4. 4

    fold wet mixture into dry mixture and add pineapple

  5. 5

    add raisins and mix with spatula until combined

  6. 6

    drop by tablespoon into greased cookie sheet

  7. 7

    bake for 10-15 minutes
