Mix all the ingredients above except white wine

Take about 1 tsp of the wet rub marinade and massage it to each drumstick.

Place chicken in an oven proof pan. Add the white wine or stock and bake uncovered in a 375°F preheated oven for about 45mins or until juices run clear and desired color of the chicken.
