This quick meal was a staple during my childhood. Can be served with side dishes or by itself as well as hot or cold.

Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil.

Add a pinch of salt to water to season and speed the boiling process.

In a large saucepan, begin browning ground beef over medium heat. Once browned, drain excess grease and move aside into a bowl.

Once the water is boiled, add the noodles and a tablespoon of oil. Cook to desire; I like my noodles al dente. Drain water and return noodles to pot.

In the saucepan, begin sweating the onion. Once it's translucent, add the bell pepper and garlic.

In the saucepan, add the browned beef and pour over the can of soup concentrate. Turn down the heat and simmer.

Take saucepan ingredients and stir slowly into noodles in pot.

Add sour cream and mix together thoroughly.
