  • 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 14 ozcan diced tomatoes
  • 1 largegreen pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbspworcestershire saucr
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1/2 cupuncooked rice
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper

  1. 1

    Brown meat and onions. Add and mix the rest of the. ingredients except the cheese.

  2. 2

    Put into a greased dish and bake covered for 50 minutes at 375°F.
