Ingredients

  • 1 lbChicken, cubed.
  • 1 smallOnion, chopped
  • 2 canGreat northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cupChicken broth
  • 2 canChopped green chilies
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  • Sour cream, optional
  • Chopped green onions, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute chicken onion and garlic powder in oil.

    Add remaining ingredients

  4. 4

    Bring to boil, reduce and simmer for 30 min.

  5. 5

    Serve. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions
