Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken, cubed.
  2. 1 smallOnion, chopped
  3. 2 canGreat northern beans, drained and rinsed
  4. 4 cupChicken broth
  5. 2 canChopped green chilies
  6. vegetable oil
  7. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  11. Sour cream, optional
  12. Chopped green onions, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute chicken onion and garlic powder in oil.

    Add remaining ingredients

  4. 4

    Bring to boil, reduce and simmer for 30 min.

    Serve. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions
