Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 4boneless pork chops
  • 1 packages8 oz mushrooms
  • 128 oz pasta sauce
  • 128 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspitalian seasoning
  • 1/2 tspdried basil
  • 4 slicemozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In large skillet brown chops. But in crock chops.

  2. 2

    In same skillet cook onion and mushrooms. Add sauce, tomatoes, wine, garlic, italian seasoning and basil. Pour over chops

  3. 3

    Cook low cor 8 hours or high for 4 hours

  4. 4

    Top each chop with cheese and cover with sauce
