1/2 cupchopped onion
6potatoes
1 canchicken broth or 1 cup chicken bouillon
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 pinchblack pepper
1 pinchsalt
1/2 stickbutter

Fry smoked sausage until brown

Slice potatoes and put into 8×8 baking dish

Add broth, garlic, salt, pepper, onions and sausage and mix.

Top with butter and bake for 1 hour at 375°
