  • 1 cupPurple onion
  • 1 cupCilantro
  • 1 largetomato
  • 2Jalapeño
  • 1Lemon
  • 1Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspVinegar from jalapeños
  • 1Cabbage
  • Sauce
  • 1Thousand Island dressing

Steps

    Chop all ingredients and mix together in a bowl.

    Dip shrimp in batter and fry with oil.
